Summer
Despite the fact that Turkish summers are hot, coastal regions with average temperatures of at least 30°C benefit from cooling sea breezes that lower the outside temperature to a more bearable level. There are typically 13 to 14 hours of sunshine each day in the summer, and there is hardly any rain.
Autumn
The sea remains warm even in autumn, and average air temperatures can reach up to 26°C, only dropping to around 21°C in November. The amount of sunshine per day decreases to an average of 9 hours as the nights grow longer.
Winter
Turkey’s winters are characterized by a mild climate, with average coastal temperatures of 16°C, though the interior of the country is noticeably colder, particularly in the mountainous areas.
Spring
With an average daily temperature of about 22°C inland and about 24°C on the southern Antalya coast, late spring brings warm, calm weather with typically 11 hours of sunshine daily.
